Organizations

One account. Every brand or group, kept cleanly separate.

Run more than one franchise brand, hospital network, or business unit? Organizations let each one keep its own screens, stores, playlists, media, and team - all inside a single DisplayNyx account with one login and one bill.

Built for multi-brand & multi-group operators

Everything a growing portfolio needs, in one workspace

Whether you run two franchise brands or a dozen hospital sites under different names, each one gets its own space without multiplying accounts.

Separate brands, one login

Give every franchise brand, hospital network, or business unit its own organization - its own screens, stores, playlists, and media - without juggling a separate account for each.

Scope your team to the right group

Assign a manager to just the organization(s) they actually run. They'll only ever see the screens, stores, and team of the group they're responsible for - nothing else in your account.

Nothing crosses over by accident

A store or screen belongs to exactly one organization for good, chosen once when it's created. There's no chance of one brand's promo accidentally landing on another group's screens.

How it works

From one default organization to a whole portfolio

01

Create an organization for each brand or group

Every workspace starts with a default organization. Add one more for every additional franchise brand, hospital network, or business unit you run under the same account.

02

Add its stores and screens

Every store and screen is assigned to one organization the moment it's created, and stays there permanently - so one group's locations never mix with another's.

03

Assign team members and shared media

Give each team member access to just the organizations they manage. Media and labels can belong to more than one organization at once, for the assets - like group-wide branding - that genuinely span several.

A concrete example

Say your company operates two hospital networks under different names - City General and Uptown Health. Each one gets its own organization: its own stores (sites), its own screens, its own playlists. A screen registered under City General can only ever be paired to a City General site - never to one of Uptown Health's.

Your regional director signs in once and sees both, switching between them from the same dashboard. A site manager hired for Uptown Health only, though, only ever sees Uptown Health's screens, stores, and team - City General doesn't exist for them.

Frequently asked

What's the difference between an organization and a store?

An organization is the top-level group - a brand, a hospital network, a business unit. A store is a physical location that lives inside one organization. Most accounts running a single brand only ever need the one default organization; multi-brand or multi-group operators add more.

Can one team member manage more than one organization?

Yes. Admins and workspace owners see every organization by default. You can also give a specific manager or user access to more than one organization if their role genuinely spans both.

Can media be shared across organizations?

Yes - media and labels can be tagged to multiple organizations at once, for content that genuinely belongs in more than one, like company-wide branding. Once a media file is actually playing on a screen in a given organization, that organization can't be removed from it while it's still in use there.

Do I need a separate account per brand or franchise group?

No. One login, one bill, any number of organizations underneath it - each cleanly separated for day-to-day use.

Can I delete an organization?

Only once nothing - no stores, screens, playlists, media, or team members - still depends on it, and only if it isn't your last remaining one. Every workspace always keeps at least one place to put stores and screens.
