Why we don't sell flat plans
Most digital signage vendors sell a handful of fixed bundles - Starter, Growth, Enterprise - each capped at a set number of screens, stores, and users. The problem is obvious the moment your business doesn't line up with a bucket: add one screen past your plan's limit and you're forced into the entire next tier, paying for headroom you don't need yet. DisplayNyx bills differently - every workspace pays for exactly the screens, stores, team members, and storage it actually uses, with no artificial ceilings to jump between.
The per-screen rate drops automatically as you grow
Screens are billed on a graduated rate: each screen is charged at the rate for the tier it falls into, and the rate drops as your count climbs. Add an 11th screen and only that screen (and the ones after it, up to the next tier) bill at the lower $8 rate - your first 10 stay at $9. There's no threshold where the whole bill jumps; it just gets a little cheaper per screen as you add more.

Stores, team members, and storage: flat add-on rates
Beyond screens, every workspace gets one store and one team member included free. Past that first free one, additional stores and team members are billed at a flat rate - no tiers, no graduated math, just a simple per-unit add-on:
- First store and first team member: included free
- Additional stores: $5/store/mo
- Additional team members: $3/team member/mo
- 2 GB of cloud storage for media included free, then $2 per extra 5 GB block
How your bill actually gets calculated
Your workspace declares its own quota for screens, stores, team members, and storage from Settings > Billing - that quota is what actually drives your bill each month, and it's enforced in real time, so you can't create more screens or invite more team members than you've provisioned for. Need more? Raise the quota and the extra billing applies immediately, prorated for the rest of the cycle. Need less? You can lower it once you've actually deleted the resources you're no longer using.
